Composa is a working-style intelligence tool for teams that are adopting — or
evaluating — AI. It maps a team's composition across 11 working-style archetypes
and 5 behavioral axes, then produces three outputs:
A concrete AI workflow strategy matched to the team's composition
A dollar ROI estimate based on team size and average salary
A 90-day rollout plan with role-specific AI moves for each archetype
The strategy re-computes automatically each time the team composition changes.
Individual team members can also take a 12-question assessment to find their
own working-style archetype.
Composa is a web application — available at
composa.team. No installation required.
3. Methodology (two layers)
Composa uses a two-layer design to separate strategy computation from
personality resonance. This distinction is important for understanding what
drives recommendations and what does not.
Layer 1 — Strategy engine
Five behavioral axes · all strategy math runs here
All AI workflow recommendations, blind-spot detection, balance scoring, 90-day
planning, and ROI estimates are computed exclusively from the five behavioral
axes (Drive, Structure, People, Explore, Execute). No personality framework
data enters this layer. The five-axis model is scored numerically (1–10 per
axis) and produces deterministic, reproducible outputs.
Layer 2 — Resonance display
Six personality frameworks · narrative context only
Six personality frameworks are displayed within each archetype profile to help
people recognize themselves: MBTI type pattern, Enneagram core motivation,
Human Design energy type, astrology signature, Life Path number, and Gene Key.
These are display-only narrative context — they do not influence strategy
recommendations, axis scores, or any computed output. They are shown behind a
user-toggled "Resonance" panel with an explicit disclaimer.
The guard that enforces this: None of the six framework fields
(resonance, mbti, enneagram, humanDesign, astrology, lifePath, geneKey) appear
in any of Composa's engine functions (computeAxes, computeMetrics,
detectBlindSpots, computeBalanceIndex, recommendStrategy, buildNinetyDayPlan,
scoreAssessment). This was verified in the Phase A structural audit
(2026-06-20).
4. The 11 working-style archetypes
Each archetype is defined by a name, a one-sentence tagline, a primary strength,
axis peak values (scored 1–10), and a matched AI adoption posture. Archetypes
are working-style descriptions — not personality diagnoses.

The Anchor
Steady, reliable, keeps the ship level
Turns chaos into a checklist everyone trusts
Structure 8, Execute 8
The Catalyst
Energizes the room, moves people
Gets buy-in and momentum others can't
Drive 8, People 9
The Sage
Deep researcher, the trusted source
Knows why, not just what — the team's truth-checker
Structure 7, Explore 7
The Closer
Ships it, hits the number
Drags projects across the finish line on time
Drive 9, Execute 9
The Weaver
Connects people, reads the room

Protects standards, people, and risk
Catches the risk everyone else rationalized away
Structure 8, People 7
5. The 5 behavioral axes
Axis scores are computed from the 12-question working-style assessment or from
the axis profiles of each team member's archetype. Scores range 1–10. Team
scores are the mean of all member scores for each axis.
Drive
Appetite for momentum and ambition. High-Drive teams move fast, set aggressive targets, and are energized by challenge. Low-Drive teams prefer steady, sustainable progress.
Structure
Preference for systems and process. High-Structure teams build durable workflows and decision trees. Low-Structure teams operate fluidly and adapt on the fly.
People
Relational and collaborative orientation. High-People teams prioritize alignment, inclusion, and relational trust. Low-People teams are more individually focused and output-driven.
Explore
Curiosity and tolerance for ambiguity. High-Explore teams seek novelty, embrace uncertainty, and pursue emerging opportunities. Low-Explore teams prefer known paths and proven methods.
Execute
Bias toward shipping and closing. High-Execute teams finish what they start and protect deadlines. Low-Execute teams are stronger in the ideation and design phases than in delivery.

7. ROI estimate basis & disclosure
Composa's ROI estimates are calculated as follows:
Estimated weekly time recovered per person × team size × 47 working weeks/year
Multiplied by hourly rate derived from an adjustable average salary input (default: $85,000/year ÷ 2,080 hours)
Result expressed in thousands of dollars per year
Disclosure: ROI estimates are planning references, not
performance guarantees. Actual results depend on implementation quality, team
adoption rate, and the specific workflows automated. The $85k default salary
is labeled in the UI. Users can adjust the salary input to match their team.
The 47-week working-year assumption is labeled in strategy-level outputs.
The weekly time-saved estimates per workflow are synthesized from organizational
workflow research and are labeled as estimates throughout the product.
No third-party audit of these estimates has been conducted.
8. What Composa is not
To avoid category confusion, here is what Composa explicitly is not:
✗
Not a personality test. Composa's archetypes describe working-style
behaviors, not psychological types. The assessment measures behavioral tendencies
in a work context, not character or personality.
✗
Not a static AI readiness score. Composa does not produce a single
readiness number and stop. It produces a strategy, a plan, and ROI context — and
re-computes when the team changes.
✗
Not a generic "best practices" guide. Recommendations are
specific to the actual composition of your team — not a one-size playbook.
A team of Closers and Pioneers gets a different strategy than a team of
Sages and Anchors.
✗
Not driven by personality frameworks. MBTI, Enneagram, Human Design,
astrology, Life Path, and Gene Key data are narrative context in Composa,
not inputs to any strategy computation (see Methodology, Layer 2 above).
✓
What it is: A working-style intelligence tool that turns your
team's actual composition into a concrete, team-specific AI adoption strategy —
with role-level workflow moves, a dollar ROI estimate, and a 90-day plan.
