What Composa is

Composa is a planning tool. It maps working styles across a team and recommends AI workflows, an ROI planning estimate, and a rollout plan. It is designed to inform team conversations — it does not replace professional, legal, financial, or HR judgment.

About the numbers

ROI figures are planning references, not guarantees. They are estimates built from stated assumptions (published on the methodology page), discounted for realistic adoption — and your actual results depend on implementation. Don't take a Composa estimate to your CFO as a forecast; take it as a structured starting point.

Your results

Assessment results belong to you. Free results are computed and stored in your own browser. Paid deliverables are yours to use inside your organization.

If you buy something

If a paid tier isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no argument, one question ("what was missing?") so we can fix it.

The Team plan is a subscription. $89 renews every month until you stop it. To stop it, email hello@composa.team — one line is enough, no reason needed, and nobody will call you to talk you out of it. Cancelling stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. You get a receipt for every charge, and we won't change the price of a running subscription without 30 days' notice by email — which is itself a fair moment to cancel.

If you're buying from the EU or UK: you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Our refund promise above is deliberately at least as generous, so you never need to work out which one applies — ask for your money back within 14 days and you get it.

Support — what you get, and from whom

One address: hello@composa.team. There is no ticket portal and no chat widget, because there is no support team to route you to.

Who answers: the person who built Composa. That is the honest version of the trade — you will not be handed between agents, and you will not get an answer at 2am. If we are away, the auto-reply says so and gives the date we are back rather than leaving you guessing.

How fast: a human reply within two business days. That is the same commitment already published on /security for vulnerability reports, and it is deliberately one number for everybody — a single operator cannot honestly run a fast lane and a slow lane, and a promise that only holds when the week is quiet is not a promise. If we start missing it, we will change the number rather than quietly redefine what counts as a reply.

What support covers: using the product, reading your results, and anything that looks like a bug or a wrong number. What it is not: bespoke consulting on your team — that is the Done-With-You engagement, and we will say so rather than drip-feed it for free.

Done-With-You engagements

The Done-With-You tier's 90-day outcome guarantee works like this, in plain language — the same terms are restated in your countersigned engagement agreement, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins:

• You set the bar. Before day 1, you define 2–3 success metrics in writing — including, up front, how pass, partial, and miss will be decided — and both sides sign them. Day 90 is arithmetic, not argument.
• Miss → we keep working. If the metrics are missed at day 90 and your team met its agreed responsibilities (attendance, assessments, a named champion, logging the numbers — all listed in the agreement), the engagement extends at no charge for up to 60 days.
• Still unmet → half back. If no metric is met at day 90 and none is met again at the end of the extension, we refund 50% of the tier price. That's the cash trigger, stated plainly: all metrics, missed twice. A guarantee should end in money, not just more effort.
• Partial results (some metrics hit) earn the extension, not the refund — including at the extension's end. That split is decided in writing at kickoff, not argued at day 90.
• The clock: the 90 days start at kickoff, and kickoff happens within 21 days of payment — or the engagement converts to Self-Guided and we refund the difference.
• The 14-day refund above still applies from purchase, prorated for sessions already delivered. Either side may end the engagement with 14 days' notice: undelivered sessions are refunded pro rata and the guarantee ends with it.

Honest limits

Composa is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we're a small company and we don't promise uninterrupted service or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ousios LLC's total liability for any claim related to Composa is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Fair use

Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent Composa or its outputs as your own product. Don't use it to profile people without their knowledge — the tool is built for teams assessing themselves, together, in the open.

Changes
